Al ready out of order with Pool Party: Mary's Invitation. So Mabel won't be at the pool party. Where could she be?

I honestly do not know about tomorrow's update. If there is one it will be a quick crappy one.

Comic 20101103

At the Pool Party: Pennytree Reflects. This page doesn't really add much to the overall story or character development except to expand Miss Pennytree's submissive kink a little bit. There is going to be a good bit of this further back in her story so overall this will sort of work as a reminder of her character.

I have a few more Pool Party updates coming. One I'm finishing up one that expalins where Mabel is and sketched out another with some regular pool stuff. I'll be scripting a bit with some of Mabel's stories. I also worked a bit on the new website today. I've around 60/300 of the comics uploaded.

Comic 20101102

Another Pool Party: Sarah Catches On. We see from the title that Sarah may be onto something.

Spent some time today trying to stay a day ahead of the updates. I played around with the new website CMS for a little bit. I'll have to upload my archives one at a time and that is nearing 300 pages. I haven't found a way past the small navigation problem yet, but I have a plan B figured out.

The formless pool party continues with Pool Party: Swimsuit Rivalry. When did Mary get there? A monumental confrontation between body types. The loser will have to remove their suit, then everybody wins.

I fooled around with the possible script for the new site. I'll have to hand make some of the things I do where the site is at now. I would have to upload and edit just as much making a comic site the old timey way. This has been the case with all the CMS that I've tried so far. I like ComicCMS the best so far. But I'm still looking.

Comic 20101031

CheerGirl is one of the few asides I've had left in my notebook from when I was first plotting out the comic. Originally, Sarah was going to have some different costume and Mabel was going to be Cassandra Cain Batgirl and there were a few more pages. We might see those someday and Mabel dressed up too.

I think this picture turned out fairly well. It went quickly at least. I moved some pages around in the archives to fit this in correctly with QT's first Halloween in Landing.

ComicCMS

I will be slowly working on a new site for Cutethulhu using ComicCMS. I fooled with a few versions of Wordpress plugin/themes for webcomics and they were an outrageous overkill.

ComicCMS is small and lite and looks easy enough to customize. I'm a little excited about tinkering with plugins and code again. Until November3 I should be able to keep up on daily updates. After that i won'y be incharge of my own time too much.

Comic 20101030

This is what happens at Pool Party, Male Bonding. Later they both discuss how they both like like money. I had to show the sign that Professor Riley made for the pool.

Possible Website Change.

After the partial outage with the .. whatever is broke at comic genesis .. I went so far as install wordpress with Webcomic plugin on another server.

It works fairly well so far. The plugin's site seems to be down so I'm flailing around without documentation. The downside so far seems that I can not post stories out of order in the way I would wish. One solution is the same that I use currently, keep a little javascript navigation available to override the generated navigation. Another is to hack the plugin and fight with that.

There are a few other comic plugins that I'm going to look at and comic specific CMSes. The only real feature I want that I don't have is threaded comments. I've thought about iframing this blog into the current page. but, that is an ungainly hassle.

Welcome to the Pool Party: Beer Drag. These pool party updates are going to mostly be random snippets; parts of conversations, one page jokes, etc. They won't be in order. There will be a few important things happening if I can get them across.

Of course, Professor Riley is one of those creepy dads.

Comic 20101028

Woke up the other morning and had this idea in my head Enforced Diet. This may remove Shub from the pool party. I toyed with dropping it in the past or future somewhere, but decided to leave it in with the current updates.

I'm still torn between staying at Comic Genesis or building my own site. It really gets to be a hassle sometimes updating in several directions at once.

We are finally leaving QTs Bedroom in the Morning 3 after this. These last pages were fun to do. I made an effort not to jump around so much. In the story the pool party is next and there are a few little one offs to do to.

I really need to get to Mable. She has a pretty decent character arc I want to explore.

I always think this sort of thing is interesting QTs Bedroom in the Morning 2.

I'm not sure if Cutethulhu will understand what goes on with other people and sex stuff. Obviously, she has her own desires and it seems so far that they are gender biased. We see now she has no problem being intimate beyond gender.

Sarah wakes up in QTs Bedroom in the Morning. Well, the story has taken a little turn now. We aren't sure where Sarah's underpants have gone. I saw that they weren't there and thought they could have been taken off but that I should just draw them in. I forgot to draw them in several times while editing so, one of the girls must have taken them off.

I'm finishing up some dialog for the next page and I'm still debating on how things will turn out exactly. Honestly much of it depends on how much dialog I can fit into the page. Then it might not be too long before we see people swimming in the garden pool.

Comic 20101024

Without further incident Sarah makes it to QTs Bedroom at Night. So Sarah is somewhat wasted and wants nothing more to do than crawl into bed.

I will have to note that the last time we'd seen QTs bedroom it was rather bland. We have not seen the redecorating yet, which happens about nine months ago. I have a few funny bits for it, but we will get to that later.

This part of the story is leading up to a dramatic bit that I have to be careful about. Both Sarah and QT are fairly even keeled and world wise in their own ways, but each has triggers that may set them off. I'm still not sure which way the script is going to steer.

The third frame is a little confusing .. whether Professor Riley sees Sarah from In the Kitchen Garden. I think this is a longer stretch of continuous updates where the pages are in the order of the story. There are two more that are just about ready.

Guy drives of into the night in his party van Sarah at Work 5. Sarah is heading to QT's and it should be obvious now that there is some sort of plot going on and it is going to get stranger and more complicated.

This was part of a full page Sarah at Work 4. I skipped the rest of the wet T contest. I have a good time drawing the headless dancers so I will definitely revisit them later.

Exposition can be delivered effectively as long as it isn't heavy handed or like in
Sarah at Work 3, with a blow job.

I didn't think I'd get a comic up today, even a little one like this. Mybe I won't make it tomorrow.

Apology Sketch

If I had a place in a current story this picture would've been the next update. I may use this for a bit of a donation incentive later on. I've been toying around with a silly idea for one and that is what got me started on this picture today. It is all about finding time right now.
